These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EveryMemory mobile app ("the app") published by Cleanor ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the app

EveryMemory provides brain-training games and progress tracking for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.

2. No medical advice

EveryMemory is intended for training and entertainment. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Your account & data

The app uses an anonymous account to save your progress. You are responsible for the device you use to access the app. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The app, including its games, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Cleanor and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without our permission.

5. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleanor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
