Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for EveryMemory subscriptions and purchases.
App Store purchases
- If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, all billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
- You must request a refund directly from Apple — for example at reportaproblem.apple.com, or via your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- We are not able to directly issue, cancel, or refund App Store payments, and refund decisions are made by Apple under its terms.
- You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store subscription settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period.
Web purchases
- If you subscribed through our website (processed by our payment provider, e.g. Stripe), you can request a refund by emailing support@everymemory.app within 14 days of the charge.
- We may decline refunds for periods that have already been substantially used, or where required otherwise by law.
- Cancelling a web subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- Where local consumer law grants you stronger refund rights, those rights apply.
