Privacy Policy

EveryMemory ("the app", "we", "us") is a brain-training app published by Cleanor. This policy explains what information the app collects and how we use it. We designed EveryMemory to need as little personal data as possible.

Information we collect

• Anonymous account. When you first open the app, we create an anonymous account so your progress can be saved and synced. This does not require your name, email, or phone number.
• Gameplay & progress. Your game results, training plan, and onboarding answers are stored so the app can personalize your workouts and show your progress over time.
• Device & diagnostic data. Basic technical information (such as app version and crash diagnostics) may be processed to keep the app stable.

How we use your information

• To create and save your personalized training plan.
• To measure your progress against your own past performance.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve third-party advertising.

Where your data is stored

Account and progress data is stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to your own anonymous account.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@cleanor.app. Uninstalling the app may also remove the local copy of your data.

Children's privacy

EveryMemory is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Not a medical service

EveryMemory is intended for training and entertainment. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
